PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "SIGN UP," "JOIN," "CREATE ACCOUNT," OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
These Terms of Use ( “Terms” ) apply to your access to and use of any website, mobile application or other online or mobile product or service (collectively, the “Services”) of Tamboho ( “Tamboho,” “we,” or “us” ). If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf. You also acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk. Failure to use our Services in accordance with these Terms may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Services and may subject you to legal consequences.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms, or any policy or guideline of our Services, at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how Tamboho collects, uses, and discloses information. In addition, by using our Services, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines (if published).

The Tamboho “Services” include our website(s), mobile application(s), and any other products or services we may create in the future.
1. ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree to: (a) use a unique, secure password; (b) provide accurate and current information; (c) maintain and update your account information; (d) protect your account credentials; (e) notify Tamboho of any security issues; and (f) accept full responsibility for all activity on your account, whether authorized or not.
2. THIRD PARTY TERMS
Our Services may provide access to third-party products or services. These are offered directly by third parties, not by Tamboho. You agree that Tamboho is not responsible for such third-party terms, privacy practices, or obligations.
3. INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS
3.1 Sole Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Tamboho is not a party to, and disclaims all liability for, communications, transactions, interactions, or disputes between you and others. Use caution and good judgment when interacting with others.
3.2 Identity Verification. We do not verify member identities. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of interactions with others.
3.3 Member-Hosted Events. Any events organized by members are not sponsored or endorsed by Tamboho. Attendance is at your own risk.
3.4 Release. You release Tamboho and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of disputes with other members. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542.
4. MEMBER CONDUCT AND CONTENT
You are solely responsible for any content you post. By posting content, you grant Tamboho a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for purposes related to operating the Services. We may remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material, or use the Services in ways prohibited by law or these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: harassment, spamming, impersonation, infringement, distribution of malware, or commercial use without permission.
5. SUBMISSIONS
By submitting suggestions, feedback, or ideas (“Submissions”), you grant Tamboho full rights to use them without obligation to you. Submissions are non-confidential.
6. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE
All content and materials in the Services are owned by Tamboho or its licensors and protected by law. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY / DMCA
Tamboho may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact tambohostudio@gmail.com.
8. TRADEMARKS
“Tamboho” and related logos are trademarks of Tamboho. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
9. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
You may encounter third-party content, including links. Tamboho does not control or endorse such content and disclaims liability for it. Your use of third-party services (e.g., Google Maps) is subject to their terms.
10. TERMINATION AND DISCONTINUANCE
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We may also modify or discontinue the Services without liability.
11. DISCLAIMERS
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TAMBOHO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAMBOHO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tamboho and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. DISPUTES
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Paris, France, except for intellectual property claims. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Tamboho. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect. You may not assign your rights without consent; Tamboho may assign freely. Headings are for convenience only.
